I have an old java aplication that I am trying to get to work in an TS environment. I can capture the aplication and java instalaltion and run it but I can only start it one time. I think this is probably because they have strong password protection, but am not sure. If something happens to your setup you have to go to the company and ask for new permission to download and install and this works only the one time.
