I made a portable program from VMware View Client. When I copy the executable to the hard drive it works. Starting from stick I get the message 'Make sure the application doesn't run already and if you have the right autorizations'. For me it's crucial to start from USB-stick. Who can help?

Portable Applications, "Suffocating to death", when I run them from Windows 7 x64 which is installed in a 16 GB USB Flash drive. I am sure this is a critical bug. Portable Applications do not run at all in Windows 8 x64 USB Installation. Please take these two critical bugs in consideration....
