One way is to create a batch file to launch your Cameyo app, wait two minutes, then delete the file. You can also run another batch file after you end your Cameyo app to delete the file you want to delete. Search online for information about batch files and you will find many examples.
FYI, I edit all my Cameyo apps to save the app's data to "under the executable's directory." That makes it easier for me to find the files and copy or change them as I like.
