This is perhaps a "given" but perhaps not so, for novices.
It seems userland can't "re-publish" apps while they are infact within the running
cloud server.
If they try, The apps instance, will then destroy itself. This then requires a full
re-deploying of the server from start. The entire server is destroyed. Authentication
then required-- and next ---userland must rebuild another cloud server---- all over again.
It also requires the full NEW-additions of all the LOSTpublished apps.
The whole formality of that process....... for each published app...... has to be done all over again.
