How to make this software portable if I need to use it in a computer without an administrator account?

I want to create a portable version of the cracked ETABS 2016 which can be used in a computer without a administrator account. However, the cracking process of this software need to create an outbound rules and need to run an other .exe files which need to open by an administrator account. Is there any method to create a portable version of this crack?
