Unable to run HTML files through IE on Cameyo web

Hi there,

 

I am struggling to get HTML files to work through cameyo for web. Whenever i open the html file it says in IE "an add on for this website failed to run"

 

I have made sure that flash player is installed and activex is enabled but still no luck.

 

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

1. What OS and version of IE are you using?

2. What is the ID of the App you are Playing through the browser?  The ID is the number following online.cameyo.com/apps/

Currently a Server 2012 R2 image using IE 11
