Trying to install a app in the Shared App area. The installer requires interaction, the website says 'switching to manual mode' but does not. How can I get the app installed?

Please try Online Packager again.  If your installer requires interaction, choose Online Install instead of Auto Mode.

I retried the packager and it seems to have worked. However, I hit Play and it is very slow to start.
