I use the free Version of Cameyo on a Windows XP SP3 32 Bit machine. Found this nice piece of Software today and performed a few tests for personal use only.
When I try to edit an package Cameyo pops up an message box with ".NET 2.0 framework not found. Starting simplified, basic PackageEditor.". Okay that's right, I removed .NET from my computer.
After going on the Cameyo PackageEditor is shown. After loading a package I only see 3 Tabs: General, Files and registry (view only).
My question: Is this a limitation because of the missing .NET framework or is it a limitation because ist is the free version?
I miss the setting for file integration, isolation and so on. In the reduced mode of the PackageEditor I cant change anything, except the affected directories, files, the icon of the application and the autolaunch settings. But each package I create runs in isolation mode, so I cannot save files to my filesystem out of the portablized program. Also the repository directory will not cleaned up after exiting the application.
If this is a fixed setting in the free version, can anyone tell me how much a single user licence is? I cannot find any informations about the price.
Yes, the limitation is due to missing .NET Framework. You do not need to purchase a license to use the functions of Package Editor listed in your post (Integration, Isolation, Remove traces upon app exit).
