Hello there, 

I am new to this and really excited about using Cameyo however I cant even get it to start a capture. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

I have checked the manual etc but cant find anything.

 

My issue is whenever I try to capture an installation either from the launcher or the player I get the error "Cameyo Application Virtualization has stopped working" (i.e. a Windows error box). This error occurs immediately.

When I do it from the Cameyo player I get the same error but with some more detail "Failed: Capture failed with error -1073741819"

I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate (x64).

 

Any help would be really appreciated.

Update:

Attempted to run PacakageEditor and received the following error:

CameyoPackageEditor.PNG

I am thinking perhaps this is related to my capture issue.

Please try running Cameyo with -Remove parameter.  Documentation here.  After receiving Application removed successfully message, try Cameyo again.

Did you download from Cameyo.com?
