Trying to create a new package online - "This webpage is not available"

I'm trying to use the online packager to create a Cameyo package of a faculty test generator program. As soon as I initiate either auto or manual mode, the page gives the following error. This is not after a lengthy delay - only maybe 20 or 30 seconds. I have tried this in Chrome and Internet Explorer and the time out error is consistent in both. I can't upload the EXE to you because it is copyright protected software from our textbook publishers.

This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Google Chrome could not load the webpage because mercury.cameyo.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with yoru Internet connection.
