I'm missing something; I have virtualized two programs under Win7 32-bit Virtualbox

Register the programs and all is good UNTIL  I move the complete package to another location

(Each app is located in its own folder containing the cameyo-ized app and its data subfolder)

 

==Settings used:

Virtualization:    Disk mode
Isolation mode:    Data mode
Data storage:      Under the exectuable's directory
Intergation:         No intergration
Remove traces :   Leave no registry traces (registry changes will be saved in a file)

 

Primary reason I virtualize programs is to keep my system tidy and be able to place them anywhere (I like portables)

  What am I missing here?

 Yes, I do. I believe it's checked by default. 

Note: I could't find anything about that setting in the manual.

Is that the source of my problem?

No, that isn't the source of your problem.  I have seen it happen if there is no check mark by Volatile virtual registry.

Can you share one or both of your packages so we can take a look at it?  If you don't want to share it publicly, you can send me a PM instead.
