I'm not sure exactly what your intention is, but this can get you started:
1. Open your package in Package Editor
2. Under Files tab, add empty Adobe Acrobat folder and subfolders one at a time, being careful that each subfolder is within the appropriate folder, e.g. %Program Files (x86)%, Adobe within it, Acrobat 11.0 within it
3. Change necessary subfolders' Folder Isolation to Strictly isolated. This is the key; now your package will not have access to the host system's files within these Strictly isolated folders.
4. Save package or Save as.
