Cameyo

I downloaded the online JDK package (http://online.cameyo.com/pkg.aspx?pkgId=635145213794274509) and found an weird issue:

I use "JDK.cameyo.exe -exec cmd.exe" to launch a command line, then I have to use java.exe full name to run java command, otherwise system returns an error. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? here's the command lines:
