The Annoying "Error=3"

Well, I just downloaded the application from the official website, but right now the error is bothering me a great deal.  It does show a guidence window, but as soon as I click on any of the functions, it just says:"Could not execute C:\Program Files\Cameyo\Launcher.exe (Error=3)" as is shown in the screenshot.

Is there anyone telling me what to do?

Please drag Cameyo to the Command Prompt, add a space and -Remove, e.g. Cameyo.exe -Remove

After receiving successful message, try launching Cameyo again.
