A Cameyo package of iTunes has known limitations. For example, it might be able to play files, but it probably won't be able to interact with devices.
If you are still interested in creating a package, it would be helpful to know the OS, Service Packs, and architecture of your target machine, e.g. Win7 SP1 x64. Please also advise exactly what you meant when you said it didn't work.

I have same issue. After virtualize itunes and move to the usb flash and started to use it says something like that : "uninstall program and re install". what i need is to use itunes on the laptop ( no administrative privileges ) which has never installed itunes. Thanks...
