First off, really digging this software; it's extremely handy.
However, weird issue happening with captured packages when I have them install to a non "Program Files" location. For example, I created a package for the GIMP where I installed it to c:\GIMP instead of c:\program files\gimp. After creation, running the GIMP.cameyo package directly works fine; but when I integrate it, the shortcuts created on the desktop and in the start menu replace colons with underscores. (IE, c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\VOS\GIMP.host.exe -exec "C_\gimp\GIMP 2\bin\gimp-2.8.exe" )
If I go in and correct the -exec parameter to use c: instead of c_, the shortcuts work properly.
I've tested with a couple of apps now, and they all seem to do this. I take it this is a bug?
I'm capturing the package on a Windows 7 Enterprise (32 bit) VMware virtual machine.
Thank you for your post. This bug was recently reported. As a temporary workaround, you can install to one of Cameyo's Path Variables, e.g. %AppData%\GIMP. I have tested both %AppData%\[subfolder] and %Desktop%\[subfolder]; -Integrate worked with both packages without error.
A post will appear under this topic when the bug has been fixed.
Version 2.6.1209 fixes the bug, so now you should be able to successfully use recreated shortcuts to locations that are not included in Cameyo's Path Variables, e.g. C:\GIMP.
