When I try to start the Package Editor I got the following error message: "Could not execute C:\...\PkgEdit.exe (Error=2, MyPID=6256)"

Hello Aurevo,

Please try -Remove parameter, i.e. Cameyo.exe -Remove, and then relaunch Package Editor after receiving Success message.
