Hey, 

 

I tried to virtualize the VMware Guest Console. I get the Executable but if I try to start it says:

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Guest Console\VGC.exe

R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the C rntime library incorrectly.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.

 

I used the 32bit XP SP3 .NET 4.

Do you know what it could be or which settings I have to try in the package editor? The installed version works without problems.

Hi Aurevo,

Your package should work if you use Package Editor to change Virtualization from RAM mode to Disk mode.

RAM mode is new, starting with Cameyo 2.5, and we are keeping a list of virtualized applications that work only in Disk mode for troubleshooting to improve RAM mode.

I changed from RAM mode to DISK mode, but ohne running it first with the "-Remove" parameter helped to get it running.
