1. Follow the procedure you have been using, but do not allow application to reboot. When it asks, click No. Then reboot through Windows, e.g. going to Windows Start button. Package should load previous snapshot, take post-installation snapshot, and build package.

2. Use -StartCapture and -EndCapture parameters instead of the procedure you have been using. a. Drag Cameyo.exe to Command Prompt, add a space and -StartCapture followed by <Enter> b. Wait for initial snapshot to complete and give message that snapshot was saved c. Install application d. Reboot e. Configure application as desired (optional) f. Drag Cameyo.exe to Command Prompt, add a space and -EndCapture followed by <Enter> Package should load previous snapshot, take post-installation snapshot, and build package.
