The application pdfCreator does not work on my Win7/64 system, the error message being that it cannot access registry. Trying again the error is "Cannot deploy application"
After this the application cannot be removed from the computer library!
I believe Cameyo should reroute all access requests to the virtual environment. The fact, that the application cannot be removed is worrying.
1. Did you download PDFCreator from the Cameyo Library, or did you build yourself? 2. What were you doing when you received the error message? I get a menu when I run the package, starting with PDFCreator and ending with PDFCreator Help (there are ten items on the menu). 3. What version of Cameyo are you using? 4. What is the version of PDFCreator? 5. How did you try to remove from Computer?
3. I am not at my PC now, but it is the last version, I Dl'd it from the Cameyo website just a couple of days ago. It is installed on a new system running Win7 /64 from an SSD.
4. I don't know. It is from the Cameyo library
5. I tried to remove it from within the Cameyo environment. If I remember correctly, it was by right clicking on the icon and clicking remove with all there is. After getting the error message the icon disappeared from the library. But after restarting Cameyo it was there again.
1. Assuming you haven't changed default location for downloading from Library, please check My Documents\Cameyo apps directory to see if PDFCreator.cameyo.exe is there. 2. Assuming you haven't used Package Editor on PDFCreator package, please check %AppData%\VOS directory to see if PDFCreator folder is there.
