A big doubt from a new Cameyo user
Permalink

Hi all, I love Cameyo and I would to start a custom software distribution for my company. My doubt is referred to the legality of packages included in the Public Virtual Apps area. All programs ar freeware but ther licenses doesn't allow any modification or distribution except for the original archive.

Could anyone explain better this point. Could a freeware be distributed in the virtualised form without create license problems?

Thanks Forum!

I love Cameyo too and I don't bother with the Public Apps so I don't have concerns with their legality. I package what I need myself and enjoy the same function as the big companies that can afford Thinapp.

i use cameyo's public apps. i use spoon.net apps. i'm pretty sure some of the companies that produced the original software have heard of spoon and cameyo and know their apps are available on spoon and cameyo's sites. they must not be complaining for a reason.  free advertising perhaps?  better market share?  they're freeware apps so no one is losing, everybody gains.
