New Manifest bigger than original and incorrect packaging of installer

I am trying to package my installer and every time am getting a

 

"New manifest bigger than original: C:\temp\appPackager
esManifest.pe (833 -> 846)" Error

 

I then try to run my installer and it only works on a couple machines. I assume this is due to it being packaged improperly. I keep getting "side by side" application errors.

 

Help?

 

I've attached a pic of said Error. Any ideas?

Hello Kris,

Please use Package Editor to open your package and change Virtualization to Disk mode.  Save or Save as and try running the edited package.  If it still doesn't launch, run with -Remove parameter to empty the sandbox and try again.
