The program probably needs several Windows components, such as database drivers, ActiveX, .Net framework or similar. These components may or may not be present on another machine. So, to make sure, these files are packages with the application.
Also, it may be that it included some temp files used in the installation. You should be able to see that in the Package editor and remove them.
Thanks Troberg. One other scenario that I see from time to time is users trying to package some software while other programs are running. So let's say Outlook is running and updating your 100 MB inbox file at the same time you capture your software. Well, Cameyo will pick that change into the package and create a big file. But as Troberg says, you can fix that with the Package Editor.
