HI, this is a somewhat older program called Datalogger Bench 1.4 from agilent we use on the job in our lab, the program is no use without an Agilent data acquisiton device.
(yes agilent also has a much newer version of the program and we also have it installed, but i just don't like it because it is to unclear what the data results are and this older program is much more clearer, yes not every program update is better)
I installed in a win7 environtment while Cameyo was recording. we have the original cd and several devices from Agilent so all is totally legal. Just want it portable so i don't have to wait on our IT man to put in the administrator password, because he is not always in our building.
All did go ok, and the the agilent programs runs fine normally installed. So the cameyo package was made.
But running the package gives me a similair error like if the Agilent software was installed on a pc were you're not administrator, allthough it was now installed with administrator rights.
I'm getting 2 error first is: loadlibrary failed AXBLcomm.ocx and 2nd error is: DllregisterServer in C:\bench\dlogger\AXBLcomm.ocx failed.
Same on win7 or XP.
So normal installed the program works fine, Cameyo package gives these errors. Anyone any idea, would be appreciated.
Hi, I got the same problem with the same program on windows 7 starter. It works just after instal but once the program has been closed it can't restart due to this message. Did you find a solution? Thanks.
As far as i know it has to do with the activex, Cameyo and also other protable packagers seem not to be able to handle activeX registration while an install is performed. No solution yet.
