Vidalista 60 contains tadalafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in eligible adult men. It belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors and works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does not automatically produce an erection and does not directly increase sexual desire.
Tadalafil can generally be taken with or without food and may remain effective for up to approximately 36 hours in some men.
