Can't download files from shared drive on iPad

So i found the answer to my other question, but now on my iPad I'm having problems, when you double click a file in the shared drive it lets you download the file, but only on my iPad, when it finishes and the blue link appears, when I try to click it, it just doesn't. The link doesn't function.

Is the shared drive a local or network drive, or is it a cloud drive?

on the online version of cameyo  upload files to the shared drive, that's what I'm talking about. It's not cloud drive

Please post a screenshot.  Also, what is the ID number of the app you are using?  The ID number refers to the numbers after apps in online.cameyo.com/apps.

The problem occurs with all apps so I just used the public WinRAR as a test, 635145284707149315

 

When I click the blue "test.zip" it's supposed to download it, but it simply doesn't do anything.

Can you try an alternate browser, e.g. Chrome?

Same problem.

 

Also I would like to note that it works fine on my iPhone. I click the link and it opens a blob:http:// link with the download.

Thanks for trying another browser and reporting that it works on your iPhone.  Interesting.  

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for why it doesn't work on your iPad.  Cameyo does not support iOS.  I was hoping your specific issue was caused by Safari and that Chrome would solve it.

Thanks for the help anyway. biggrin 

I don't think it will make a difference at all but ill try not using vpn and I'll see if that does anything. It's not too big of a deal though even if it doesn't work.
