Hi there.

I made new app via "Publish a server command line (advanced)" option. App located on my server.

And now I want to change isolation mode to isolated for this app. How?

Publish a command line means: executing a native command line on the server -- not a virtualized application. Thus unlike a virtual application, it cannot be isolated.
