'Application Closed' message appears prematurely, app continues to work

I'm seeing the 'application closed' message popping up, even when the app is still running. I can continue to use the app.

What actually causes that message to be displayed? It's for our own app so we can make changes to the app if necessary.

It's caused when no windows are displayed, e.g. one process ends, another starts, and there are no windows displayed in between.

Ah OK - that's good to know, our app does close a window before opening another, and this must be what's triggering it. We can change our code to stop this.
