Plex Media Server causing Deadlock

So I tried to package Plex Media Server but the app deadlocks and stop responding. -Remove and -SafeMode did not help.

 

Here are all the logs I can give you. this includes a Process Monitor, DebugView, and -Troubleshoot Log with installer and instructions. I also included my attempt at packaging this app.

This version has uTorrent and CouchPotato bundled with it. uTorrent works fine but deadlocks whenever any of the other apps in the virtual environment (plex or couchpotato) deadlock. CouchPotato doesn't work because it can't find a file.
