3CX FREE VOIP Phone for Windows

3CX FREE VOIP Phone for Windows.cameyo.exe won't run on my W7 64 bit system. An error window pops up that says "Can't find skin file.  Program aborted".  There's over 200,000 downloads of that file, but it happens every time I try to run it.  Why me?  Any ideas?

Windows 10 64 bit here. I don't use the program but I downloaded it from online.cameyo.com/apps/634536519593368825 and it just crashes without an error. Have you tried using a clean virtual machine to package the latest version?
