Regarding the first problem, please upload a troublesome package to a file-hosting site and provide the download url so we can take a look. WeTransfer is a decent option that is easy on the uploader and downloader.
For the second problem, please provide your own complete url, including the part that follows token=. We cannot solve your issue by looking at someone else's screen shot.
Regarding the first problem, please download this revised PackageEditor.exe and overwrite the old one. The default location is %AppData%\VOS\Cameyo\PROG\%Program Files%\Cameyo.
There is nothing unusual with the tokens you provided. Can you try the public app (Firefox) from a different computer?
