I packed an application in XP 32 bit, and integrated it into OS using 'recreate shortcuts and associations'.
Editing the package shows that software is installed in %Program Files%.
in XP, the program integrates OK.
In W7 64 bit, I get the error:
Could not execute C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\....
maybe the (x86) is the issue, then again maybe not
Yes, the (x86) is the issue. If you edit the shortcut to remove (x86), the package should launch.
Another workaround is--when packaging--install to Program Files (x86) or a user (or custom) directory.
