Identity Finder 7.0.0.8 works in disk mode except for Outlook scanning

I've set the package to disk mode (weird no-error message and hang in RAM mode) and "Full Access" for files. It cannot seem to find the Outlook configuration on the actual computer. Is it possible to allow such access to the e-mail client?

I am unfamiliar with this software so will need some instruction on how to use it.  I downloaded a trial of version 7.1 from here and launched the package in Virtualization: Disk mode, Isolation mode: Isolated.  Identity Finder's Search found the right number of email Messages on XP SP3 x86 with MS Outlook 2010 and Win7 SP1 x86 with MS Outlook 2013.

I'm trying on Windows 7x64 as a limited user using Outlook 2010. For me, it says it cannot find an e-mail profile and / or no messages.

Okay, I tested  on Win7 SP1 x64 with Outlook 2010 and the package was able to find Messages and Attachments for the current limited user.  It did not find other users' Messages or Attachments.  Is Outlook configured for the User under which you're trying the package?
