Hello Massimo,

During a regular install of your suite, exactly how is the suite updated? I understand one of the programs downloads the update from its interface, but what happens with that download? Is it an executable that you doubleclick to start the update process, or is it run from within one of the program's GUI?

Hello, the update process is done within one of the program's GUI. You click on update button and start the dowload. The file are stored in an application folder when the application is installed on a PC. So my question is: when I have created a cameyo app and the I start the download process the files are stored in the AppName.cameyo.data and the update is correctly done?

If the update process is automated the way I understand it, i.e. clicking the update button downloads the file and automatically applies the update, then yes, the virtualized suite should work the same way. Just be aware that your appname.cameyo.exe will not be updated, but your appname.cameyo.exe + appname.cameyo.data will be updated. If you would like to incorportate appname.cameyo.data into appname.cameyo.exe, use -Repackage parameter. Documentation here.
