I've created a Cameyo package for a program called CamStudio, it works fine on Windows 7 32Bit computers, The problem is, we have about 25 Windows 7 64Bit computers which when the package is launched I get this error message "Cannot open ZIP (RESOURCE_COREZIP)"
Does anyone know of a way around it, or why its happening. There is no official release of CamStudio 64 Bit, but when I install CamStudio manually onto a 64Bit machine it works fine, its just when its launched through the package I created through Cameyo I get the error message.
1. What version of CamStudio did you package? 2. Did you download it from here? 3. Did you capture anything in addition to CamStudio, e.g. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, codecs, etc? 4. What version of Cameyo did you use? 5. Please upload your package to a file-hosting site and advise link for us to examine.
2. Yes I downloaded it from that website Camstudio.org
3. I only captured the install of CamStudio, and I then launched CamStudio and altered one of the recording options, so that it would point to a different save location.
(All of the computers I require the software installing already have Visual C++ installed, so there was no need to include that in the package.
4. The Cameyo version is 2.0.890
5. I've uploaded it to http://ul.to/ecjlzdym I've called it CamStudio 32bit - it was just purely to help me distinguish between this package and all of the test ones after this, while I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working on 64bit.
I did all of this from a windows 7 enterprise 32bit virtual PC, that was a clean install, with only repackaging software and MS updates installed.
Thanks,
Sean

Thanks very much for your time and effort looking into the issue for me. I will give the beta a try and see if I can work it that way. I'll also investigate if there are any differences between the 32 and 64 bit computers.

I downloaded your package and tested on x64 versions of XP, Win7, and Win8. Your package launched fine on each.
1. Other than the architecture, is there any difference between the x86 machines, on which your package worked for you, and the x64 machines, e.g. security software, Group Policy, etc?
2. Is it possible the package got corrupted somehow during transfer to the x64 machines? Please try downloading the package you uploaded directly from an x64 machine.
3. If it still fails after point 2, please try packaging again with the current Beta version of Cameyo, which no longer uses ZIP.
