I have just used Cameyo for the first time on a brand new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
I have created a portable app. of Pavtube Blu-Ray Ripper.
Before installation it's size was 40.961Mb but when "portableised" with Cameyo it's size has grown to 504,091 Mb ......... that's not a typo it's size is now 504,091.453 Mb.
Why so big ??
It works 100% but I wish it wasn't so big.
Am I doing something wrong or can anyone suggest a remedy ?
TIA :)

It sounds as if some unnecessary background processes were included in the capture. I downloaded a trial version of Pavtube Blu-Ray Ripper and packaged it in a clean XP SP3 virtual machine, and the package was less than 80MB. It launched fine on Win7 x64.
If you don't have a virtual machine set up, you can try using -GhostCapture parameter. See here for documentation.
I don't have a virtual machine. I did the portable setup again with the same results. Both portables work fine so I'm not too bothered by it's size although if I "portableise" too many of my apps. and they're all of comparable size I'll fill up my hard drive pretty damn quick.
I tried a -GhostCapture of the trial on Win7 x64 and the size was was ~52MB. It launched fine on a different Win7 x64 computer.
Another option is to open your package with Package Editor and delete unnecessary files and folders. If you don't know the software very well and nothing jumps out as obviously superfluous, this could take some trial and error, so I recommend Saving as to preserve your original working package.
