Could someone please confirm my understanding that apps in the App Library are contributions submitted by members? Thanks for the clarification.

Hello choo,

Currently, I believe Public Apps are built by the Online Packager robot in its spare time when it's not building packages for members. wink  That is to say, no, the packages do not come from member uploads but are built directly from the softwares' websites.
