Can anyone tell me how the file associations would work i.e. if I package up word 2010 would I will be able to double click on a .docx file and open it?
Yes, that is the way Cameyo's Integration works; however, there is a known issue with virtualizing Office 2010, so a Word 2010 package may not work for you.
