For some of my softwares which is already portable, is there any way to turn them into cameyo apps? Cuz I want to have an uniform apps platform.

Yes.
1. In Package Editor, click File, New empty virtual package
2. In Files tab, add an empty folder, name it something like %Program Files%, and expand FileSystem so that new folder is visible
3. Drag complete folder of portable app from Windows Explorer to Package Editor window inside newly created folder, e.g. %Program Files%
4. In General tab--
a. Change Startup and navigate to portable app executable
b. Choose Isolation mode as desired
c. Choose Data storage as desired
d. Change icon to portable app executable
e. Rename Application ID to something relevant
5. In Advanced tab, make any changes desired
6. Save package
