One could always try. Start with a system that has no .Net, snapshot, install .Net and package that, but there's a lot of stuff in the sxs folders that would make this a difficult endeavor.

It would be advantageous to at least be able to include a generic form of this nfx bloatware in the generated Cameyo packages.

If the target system has a version of .NET Framework, the package can be built to include a later version.
