Cameyo Player Server Installation Issue

Greeting,

On a windows 2012 R2 server (workgroup) install "Cameyo Player"

All the components Were installed "Done" except, the "HTML 5 service" is "Installing" for over 1 hour.

I stop the installation, and try again, still back to the same issue,

can someone give me an idea what is wrong?
