Unable to see My Apps details or delete
Permalink

I uploaded an app that is password protected from editing and now I am unable to click on the 'i' icon to view details, update or delete the app.  When I click on the 'i' icon it takes me to apps/public.  Did I upload the password protected app incorrectly?  Thanks!

I found another post that helped me a little with this. I see that I won't be able to play a password protected app. I am able to get the link to download this app. It would be nice, however to be able to delete apps that I have password protected from editing from 'My Apps'.

What is the app ID number that you wish deleted?

I've tried uploading a password protected from editing app twice now. App IDs are: 636161292858412210 and 636173272985732200 It still appears that I'm having issues with these apps. When sharing the download URL with others they get a message that says 'Pkg access not authorized' Are there instructions available that details creating and uploading these password protected apps? We want to provide a link for external users to be able to download the package while not allowing them the ability to view the contents of the package. We will probably need to update this package frequently, so having the ability to manage it without contact support would be preferred. Thanks!

We have deleted app IDs 636161292858412210 and 636173272985732200 for you.

For sharing password-protected packages, please consider using a file-sharing site.  Also, we would like you to be aware that users can see whatever files have been deployed in the packages' Data storage location.
