I've noticed that the bottom status bar seems to overlap the bottom of the remote desktop, this includes the file transfers popup, so for example the first file you download is hidden, it's only when you download a second file that you can see it in the transfers list.
It's resolved if you resize the browser window slightly - but then you get the pixellated display
