Not sure if this is the right place, but..

I just upgraded my account to Pro, and for about an hour after that I could not log in. I can log in now, but it is still saying I am a free user. I have an invoice number and my card has been charged so I wondering if there was something I missed in the activation process.

Hello,

I have the same issue, and in my case the payment processor charged me twice and I paid twice.

The online apps shows that my account is pro, but the desktop app shows its the free account and not sync.

Second problem I'm having is that all my custom apps have dissappeared! How can I get them back?

I have already sent an email to you tech support team today about this issue, and also to Cleverbridge (Borta Ltd) about the double payment.

Hi Iqbal,

Not sure whether you received our email because your email server rejects our emails (smtp error msg below).
Please try "Cameyo.exe -remove" and then run Cameyo.exe and login again.

The error that the other server returned was:
550 <xxxx@xxxx.com> asked to not receive your emails

hello,

just wanted to let you know that the client 'pro' status is not showing after I renewed my subscription.

my account online is showing 'pro' status, but not the client app.

I have tried using the 'cameyo -remove' command and this resets the app to ask me to re-login but it still shows my status as free.

please assist

Hi, your Pro subscription was stopped 9 days ago after a few non-payment reminders. Please contact support by email and we will be happy to help you remediate this.
