Yo, I'm the Anonymous user that posted earlier. I wanted to let you know I stumbled upon another post you commented on that explained it. Incase you missed it, you can view that post @ http://cameyo.activeboard.com/t61484046/upload-large-package-with-exe-and-dat-via-online-portal/
