Capturing an install on a USB flash drive

My computer has only a SSD, and I prefer to minimize writes to conserve the life of that SSD. I capture software installs to a USB flash drive. That works OK, but there is a problem. After the capture is complete, there is also a VOS type of folder that would typically result from running the virtual capture. That folder has no value for me since it takes just as long to run the capture if the original folder is not there, but it creates a problem when I want to move the capture to a different location. Before I can move the capture, I now must run it first (with a significant time delay), and then stop it to have it delete the folder.

It would be great if Cameyo could modify the capture process so that it does not leave a VOS folder in place when capturing to a flash drive.

Hello Jim-3,

I'm not sure I understand.  Any package's Data storage, including Cameyo.exe, can be changed to the location of your choice.  You can use -Remove parameter to delete the repository, i.e. you don't have to run the package itself to have it Remove all virtual data upon exit.
