Error : Could not inject process

Thanks for all your hard work and support, I'm really excited about getting Cameyo up and running!

Here's the trouble I'm having, I hope you can help...  After running a Cameyo packaged application all future attempts to start programs result in an error message "Could not inject process...".  So for example, I packaged a program called Super Orca that is used for editing .MSI files.  I am able to run the Cameyo packaged Super Orca on multiple machines and it works as expected.  Once I'm done using Super Orca and I've exited I can no longer launch any other programs on the machine.  If I try to open IE, Outlook, Chrome, or even explorer.exe they all fail to open only generating the "Could not inject process..." error message.  The only way to fix the behavior is to reboot the machine.

I have packaged 5 or 6 applications and some work others do not but all cause the behavior I've described.

Applications were packaged on a fresh, non-domain Windows 7 64 machine with all patches.  The packaging machine is a vmware guest with generic virtual hardware and no anti-virus present.

I have tried running the package applications on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 all with the same result.  What do you suggest I look at in order to track down and correct this problem?

Thank you,
Adam

Hello Adam,

If you run your SuperOrca package on your clean VM, do you see the same behavior, i.e. does the VM give you the "Could not inject process" error when you launch Internet Explorer after exiting the SuperOrca package?

Good question, I should have included that in my first post.  When I run a Cameyo packaged application on the machine used to create the package the behavior is the same.  After the Cameyo application has been run all future programs generate the "Could not inject process" error.

Thanks,
Adam

Do you have any anti-virus installed on these machines?

Have you tried running this package with the -safe mode parameter?

The machine used to package applications does not have antivirus installed.

I have run the packaged apps on machine with and without AV but the outcome is the same.

I tried the -safe and /safe command line switches and both start the Cameyo package application and produce a dialog box stating "File '-safe' does not exist."

I'm running into the same error as well.  The latest versions of CCleaner and Blender give me this error.  I used Cameyo's capture app online to package them, and even tried installing Blender manually using capture installation mode.  Both methods give me this error.  An older version of Blender in Cameyo's public repository works just fine.
