CollageIt capture will not run in XP

CollageIt installs and runs well in XP, but the Cameyo capture will not run in either disk or RAM mode.  The capture seems like it will open, but then it crashes with a Windows error message.  My XP is not a virtual machine, but other Cameyo captures work well on it.  Any suggestions?
