Please upload the installer to a file-hosting site and send me the url by Private Message, or you can use WeTransfer, send to yourself, and PM me the link.

Thank you for the url via PM.

Please try building a new package with the current version of Cameyo, which is 2.6.1209.  If you still receive the error, please advise the following:

1. Are you using a clean VM to create the package?
2. What is the OS, Service Packs, and architecture of packaging machine, e.g. XP SP3 x86?
3. What is the OS, Service Packs, and architecture of target system, e.g. Win7 SP1 x64?

I used Cameyo-2.6.1209 to build in a clean XP SP3 x86 VM and tested on XP SP3 x86, Win7 SP1 x64, and Win8.1 x64.  On XP SP3 x86, I had to change Virtualization to Disk mode to get it to continue to launch.  On the other VMs, RAM mode worked fine.

I used cameyo 2.6.1209 to build my player again, but same problem happened.

1. Infact, what does "clean VM" mean?
2. packinging machine - Win7 SP1 x64
3. target system - XP SP3 x32

What does you mean change Virtualization to Disk mode?

Can u please send your packaged app to me, so that I can check whether the problem is on VM or target system.

VM means virtual machine.  To create and use virtual machines, most use the free VirtualBox or the commercial VMware Workstation.  Clean means that no software is installed on the virtual machine when it is originally set up, i.e. the VM has the Operating System of choice installed only.  A snapshot is taken of this clean VM, it is used for packaging, and the VM is restored to the snapshot to return it to its clean state after packaging is complete.

If you have not done so, please read Cameyo's brief packaging guide.

Generally, one would build one's package on the older OS to use on the same OS and newer OS, i.e. package on XP and use on XP and Win7.  Your software seems like a simple program that does fine packaging in the reverse as you did, i.e. package on Win7 to use on XP.  Since you are using on XP, Disk mode is recommended for this particular application.

For information on editing packages, please see documentation here, which explains the difference between RAM and Disk modes, among other things.

I would also like to mention that your application is ideal for using Cameyo's Online Packager, which eliminates the need for setting up a clean VM if you don't already have one.

Finally, I shall wrap this up via PM.
